Choice 1: Act on what’s important, don’t react to what’s urgent

Attending planned activities, preparing and making plans, executing with excellence and building relationships are actions that you have to make happen. You choose to say yes to these activities. Otherwise, succumbing to junk e-mails, addressing low priority or impact issues for fear of retaliation or waiting until the last minute to get things done, is the gravel that buries us alive in our work and life.

Choice 4: Master your technology, don’t let it dominate you

Configure, synchronize and update your technology, your apps, your programs. Use your mobile devices to leverage your productivity, keep your focus . Learn to disconnect from your technology, turn it off, and connect humanely with the people around you.
